Abstract

In response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Grade 12 ABM students ofs St.

Augustine Academy of Bayawan City developed and fielded an entirely new survey intended to measure

the negative effect of this COVID-19 to Small Carinderias located in around Bayawan City. The COVID-

19 pandemic has resulted in a significant loss of human life around the world, and it poses an

unprecedented threat to public health, food systems, and the workplace. Hundreds of millions of

businesses are in danger of going out of business. (WHO, 2020).Small enterprises, particularly in local

communities, are particularly vulnerable. The design of the study is descriptive qualitative design. By

conducting a face to face interview, assures that the information is accurate, essential and relevant to the

topic. A descriptive design ensures to gather answers and information’s and strives to present the current

status of the subjects of the study and the meaning it has for a topic.
