“A CONCRETE SCULPTURED STATEMENT OF PRIVACY”

It all started with a high privacy request, while the building looks
steady and platonic from the outside, it’s totally open toward the
Japanese inspired landscape with a huge weeping willow tree
that existed in the site before the building, also the pool is using
the slope creating an endless view with a small waterfall toward
the garden. The house contains an open living and dining space,
cinema, gym and, three bedrooms, even-though it’s located in
the busy Riyadh city the inside orientation emphasises the ex-
perience with nature.

 The huge horizontal slaps, are meant to create the feeling of
brutalism and steadiness, to emphasize the idea of gradient
layers toward the sky.

“Escaping the reality toward future, but can you escape ?”

A story based protable escape room, insbired by the futuristic

look of video games, the whole story was meant to be staged
inside this small caravan, where a member of the team is infect-
ed with a zombie virus, and locked inside the isolation cham-
per in the lab, the other team members tries to figure out clues
and tricks in order to escape the city before the zombies attacks
them.

All the furniture is custom designed and manufactured for

this particular project, it’s made of cnc engraved MDF wood
with a lot of RGB LEDS to give the control to the story mood.

“A futuristic, healing focused twin towers”

King Hussein Medical City Hasbeen a long standing lead-

er in healthcare in Jordan and the wider region. Through the
best in class treatment at KHMC, the campus has attract-
ed patients from far and wide. Two Central Hospital Tow-
ers with the capacity of 1000 Beds with the ability of cre-
ating a single room for each patient replaces the current
600 beds one which demands on wards and cluster units.

 Humans have a strong need for safety and security and look for those attributes in our environment. While also looking for physical
comfort, such as an environment with the right temprature, and psychological comfort, where there is a mix of famliarity and stimu-
lus. So considering how to boost the comfort level was a major concern through the design proccess.

Researches proved that the psychological state is very important to human body healing stat. Creating roof gardens and using good
view was a solution to help the patient to find peace of mind and relaxtion, Regarding that hospitals are very restricted and controlled,
blocking tha patients and treating them like the are in jail, won’t help the healing proccess at all. I belive that it must be more open and
comfy to them in order to mentain both physical and mental health in a decent state.

“A community hub surrounded by angels..”

A spiritual feeling was the idea of this park, art pieces that you
can have a look at from any point in the park, an amphitheatre
with some gathering spots, helps the neighbourhood to be more
bounded and communicated, as planting is essential to any park,
white almonds are chosen specifically to give a calm angelic feel-
ing.

Minimal concept developed on Ludwig house aiming for open view

and calming space, while all the services are kept behind the white
slide inserted into the building, all what you can see , is a widely open
view toward the lake from a quite, white, and calming interior space.

An abstraction experiment of Gothic arcs, it all came by triangu-

lating the geometry while keeping the vertical proportion of it.

Mumminums is a concept that presents what’s inside us these days, that darkness that eats us inside in anymean,
we keep fighting to present our self in a better way, we fight to pretend that we are the best and showoff nothing more.
Different charachters presents how each person have his own escape. While the whole idea started at a counsidence it will end
as one, as i started this project in 2017 i will keep working on it, and present different charachters till the idea leaves my mind.
