Dear Parent/Guardian,

On December 17, 2022, Bataan Peninsula State University – National Service Training Program, will hold 5th-year celebration
of National Volunteers Month through the event Lakbayani: Ating Hakbang sa Makabagong Bayanihan, a whole day event
from 6:00 am – 7:00 pm in partnership with Balangay Bayani, Bataan Youth Development Council, Sangguniang Kabataan
Provincial Office, Junior Chamber International – Bataan, YouthLed PH, and PH LEAD, Inc. The said activity is the annual
event of BPSU NSTP a final meeting of BPSU NSTP for the end of the year, this will be held at BATAAN PEOPLE
CENTER with the following objectives:
1. Celebrate National Volunteer Month and recognize the importance of youth participation in volunteerism and
nation-building.
2. Develop the capacity of the participants that they can use to effectively execute their initiatives for the
community.
3. Engage the participants to express their talents while harnessing it with compassion anchored in the spirit of
volunteerism and nation-building.
4. Present the status and accomplishments of local youth development of the provincial government.
5. Recognize the noble acts of volunteerism and service by individuals and organizations to the community.
6. Raise funds for Community Activity and other projects initiated by the NSRC.

The Lakbayani program will start at 6:00AM on December 17, 2022 6:00AM at EGSA/4Lanes for Parade. Furthermore, we
would also like to inform you regarding the things to bring and some rules and regulation.
1. NSTP Uniform – wear the complete NSTP Uniform (White Shirt, Pants, Shoes and ID)
Note: Sleeveless and shorts 2 inches above the knee are not allowed.
2. Triangular bandage
3. Water Tumbler
4. Donation for Community Outreach
5. Alcohol and Face Mask
6. Extra Money for food
7. Attach to this waiver a copy of the program.

In line with this, BPSU-NSTP would like to get your consent by filing-up the lower portion of this letter and submit it on or
before December 16. Rest assured, the participants will be guided and secured by our advisers and facilitators. Thank you very
