go to pftc TO CREATE WORK FLOW and choose Task type --> workflow template -1

and enter task name on task field AND PRESS ON create

ENTER DESCRIPTION ON NAME FIELD AND ENTER WORK ITEM TEXT WHICH DISPLYED ON -2
SWIA and open workflow builder and save and activate
then back and if workflowe defination check box not mareked back and open workflow
again

GO TO SE24 TO CREATE CLASS AND PRESS ON CREATE AND ENTER DESCRIPTION AND -3
PRESS ON SAVE

go to event and add created event

: go to interface and add this and press on save

go to triger event and pass class and event created above -4

THEN DOUBLE CLICK ON EVENT CREATOR COLUMN ICON ACTIVATE AND CREATE NEW
REQUEST AND EVENT CREATOR ICON WILL BE GREEN

THEN GENERATE GENERAL TASK OF WORKFLOW
