Reporting to School – Std. 7 and 8

Dear Parents,

Namaste and Jay Swaminarayan,

In continuation of our circular dated 25th October, 2021, we are happy to announce that we shall open
school as per previously announced schedule given below.

There will be no online classes on Saturday, 18th December 2021. We request you to arrange for the
RTPCR test of the student at a private laboratory one or two days prior to arrival as the reports from
private labs are usually available the same day. The time slots for reporting back to school is attached
with this letter.

Uttarayan Vacation and Leaves: Due to COVID protocols, entry and exit from school is strictly
controlled. Once students arrive at school there will be NO Uttarayan vacation or leaves for birthday
or social functions till the end of term in April. For emergencies a leave may be granted but the student
will require a negative RTPCR report before entry and shall be placed in mandatory quarantine for 1
day upon arrival.

School Fees: We thank you for paying the earlier instalments of the tuition fees. At the time of drop-
off, you will be required to pay any pending tuition and hostel fees. Please see the revised fee structure
attached.
