    Quality Tool Box Meeting

    Prior to commencement of concreting work a pre-execution meeting shall be held


    attended by all site personnel involved for the particular activity. These short quality
    meeting presided by the Quality Control Engineer & Construction Engineer shall
    discuss the procedure for work implementation for a smooth flow of activity ensuring
    that construction procedure & quality of work is maintain during the work execution.
