To ensure products and services of the NYDA are delivered effectively and efficiently in an integrated manner
within the branch. Responsible for all aspects of product and services life cycle management. Ensure quality of
service delivery of NYDA products and services at the branch.

KPA 4: Reporting • Quality assure, Compile and report to the achievement Branch targets on a
monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on NYDA products used at
Branches and the impact thereof.
KPA 5: People • Manage the performance of direct reports.
Management • Remain in constant contact with product teams to ensure competent
performance.
• Plan for regular assessment of quality control standards.
• Organise, distribute and verify the work of direct reports and participate in their
training.
• Allocates physical and human resources within the product cluster of offerings.
• Ensures prompt response and efficient use of unit's resources.
Preferred Qualification:
• NQF level 8 in Business Management, Skills and Education or any related field.
Relevant experience:
• At least 3- 5 years’ experience working supervisory level.
• Valid South African driver’s license
