Key Job Purpose:

To ensure products and services of the NYDA are delivered effectively and efficiently in an integrated manner
within the branch. Responsible for all aspects of product and services life cycle management. Ensure quality of
service delivery of NYDA products and services at the branch.

D5. Qualification and Experience


Minimum Qualifications Required:
• NQF level 7 in Business Management, Skills and Education or any related field.
• Drivers license

Preferred Qualification:
• NQF level 8 in Business Management, Skills and Education or any related field.

Relevant experience:
• At least 3- 5 years’ experience working supervisory level.
• Valid South African driver’s license
