SECURITY AUDITS

We are a Class B Licensed holder with full guard permits, seeking to provide
professional security services to meet industry standards and superior customer service.
We provide permitted and well-trained security guards.

STATIC GUARD & CLOSE PROTECTION

For short term or long term engagement, our static guards are trained and certified to
provide quality guarding for all locations and all types of organisations. We strive to
maintain a presentable appearance to the public and always work towards ensuring
the safety of our clients and staff. We also have trained guards who specialize in rural
stationed camps, mine sites and general rural work sites.

We are experienced in providing close security services to protect and ensure safety
of those individuals who require this service. We work closely with organizations or
individuals to ensure that the principal or person of interest is protected while stationed
or in transition to desired location.

REPOSSESSION
Nationwide vehicle repossessions are executed with professionalism and confidentiality.
Our agents will attend to the last known address and will use all legal means to secure
your vehicle. Our agents adhere to the country’s current legislation and abide by the
Institute of Mercantile Agents prescribed Code of Conduct and ethics. Upon securing
the vehicles or other properties:

 NCD/Lae Area Rate,

 Digital Photographs will be taken,
 Vehicle Inspection Report will be completed,
 Within Port Moresby and Lae, action will be taken within 24 hours, and
 Vehicle will be impounded at our secure storage facility, unless advised
otherwise by client.

ON-CALL SECURITY SERVICES

Our team of well-trained and experienced personnel are available 24/7 to attend to
any emergency situation be it evacuation, safety threats, vehicle hi-jack, thefts, etc.

ARMED RESPONSE
We provide professional security services to protect corporate facilities, diplomatic or
government and other sensitive locations from risk of criminals, bombers, terrorists, or
violent groups.

REAL ESTATE SECURITY MANAGEMENT

We provide specialized services to landlords and tenants utilizing installed
CCTV/surveillance equipment within the premises to deter trespassers and vandalism.

EVENT MANAGEMENT
This service will encompass monitoring of guest lists, fire capacities to organizing
emergency response. We understand this is a stressful job requiring a lot of skills
therefore guards deployed will be highly trained. We will provide both day and night
services.

SECURITY AUDITS
Our services go beyond traditional security audits of information and IT systems. We
carry out audits on all high risk areas covering businesses 360 degrees: workplace
safety, electrical, logistical aspects, environmental, health hazards, strategic and
financial risks

MANAGEMENT TEAM & STRUCTURE

GIMS Security Service is owned by Mandella Nale and Stephanie Tommy. They are
both directors. Mandella Nale is a young Civil engineer by profession. He graduated
from PNG University of Technology in 2021 with a Bachelor degree in civil
engineering, and is working and living in Port Moresby, NCD. Stephanie Tommy is an
English Communication major and Journalism minor, a graduate from the University
of Papua New Guinea in 2022. She teaches grade 9 to 12, English, in the Institute
of Christian Academy. The common traits and goals they share has elevated the idea
to establish the company so that PNG is truly safe with no harms at all.
