Below are the available statuses in WebChCRQs
Created
 Check if any one of DRD (Detailed Requirement document)/BRD (Business Requirement document) documents are
present in CSM based on project type.
SDD/FS In-Progress
SDD/FS Completed
 SDD/FS author will upload SDD/FS document in CSM under respective Object ID or upload it’s url in AC
SDD/FS Approved
 COE/SDD/FS approvers will approve the SDD/FS
TDD in progress
 Developer has to prepare and upload 3pt estimate document in CSM and update it’s URL in the attachment section
of AC.
TDD completed
 Developer has to prepare and upload TDD document in CSM and update it’s URL in the attachment section of AC.
TDD Approved
 Standard Cooper Automobiles team will review and approve the TDD
Development in progress
 Developer has to create customizing/Workbench TR in CRD 110 and captured required objects in it.
 Developer or Team lead will update the code start, TDD completion and code completion dates.
 Perform Q certify check before release the TR from CRD
 Developer has to prepare and send his objects for internal/Peer/Tech lead/SQA reviews and upon completion of SQA
review upload TP, Standard Cooper Delivery Note(ADN) documents in CSM and update their URLs in the attachment
section of AC.
Dependency Check (QA)
 Pass – To ensure objects planning to move to higher system do not have any kind of object dependencies. Use T-
code YTRDEPCHECK to check object dependency from CRD 110.
Integration Testing in Progress/ End to End testing In Process
 TR will move from CRQ to CRQ when AC status set to “End to End testing In Process”
User Testing In-Progress
 Email will be triggered to user who is doing UAT -
User Testing Completed
 CRP move date
 Attach UAT email
 COE Approver - Non Emergency (Field Update)
 Dependency Check (REG) - Pass
Regression Testing in progress -
SAPTRL1 team will move all TRs from CRQ to CRS on every Tuesday 4.30pm IST
 ART (Standard Cooper regression Team –Standard Cooper Automobiles) will run regression scripts/BPCA tool to
perform regression testing and then update below field status accordingly
 Regression testing Status (Field Update) – Pass/Fail/On Hold
 Production Manager Approval - Non Emergency - Friday day
Confirm to Production:
 TR will be moved from CRS to CRP on Sunday 11 AM IST on TR weekly role dates.

In Warranty - Automatically changed to In warranty

Closed – Automatically changes status to closed based on warranty period provided in AC
Cancelled – if requirement is cancelled by business or wrongly created ACs can be cancelled with proper justification by
updating in Notes section of respective AC
