“BAKERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM”

 ABSTRACT:
This paper proposes an e-commerce bakery shop system that allows
both bakery owners and customers to manage their daily activities of
online buying and selling product by incorporating data mining
technique. This system develops an Android application for customer to
purchase the online product of their choice from different bakeries, get
suggestions based on their choices and also to get notification /bill
through email once the product delivered and a website is built for
bakery owners to predict some of the features such as Fast, Slow moving
products based on each day, area, are predicted and the system
calculates which products are sold more, depending on their respective
season/period products sold more in (monthly, yearly )are tabulated.

 INTRODUCTION:
The aim of this proposed system is to build a website for
bakery shop that include n-number of bakeries and help them to increase
their sales and improve efficiency by predicting some features such as
Fast, Slow movingproduct based on each day, depending on area which
product have sold moreand based on respective season/period which
product have sold more (monthly, yearly)by incorporating data mining
technique and also to develop an android application for user to purchase
the product, search the product from different bakeries, get suggestion
about the product of their choice and also to get notification/bill through
email after deli

 EXISTING SYSTEM:
 EXISTING SYSTEM: The Bakery Management System is working manually.
 The current system is very time consuming and costly, because it
involve lot of paper work. To manually handle such a system is very
difficult task.
 But now-a-days because of computerization this job is becoming easier.

 PROPOSED SYSTEM:
 Now we are introducing one system that mange the data in daily
basis.
 Our system that is “Bakery Management system that provide a
proper GUI to store and manage the data.
 Security of our project is very high as compare to record book
system.
 To manage the database we are going to use MySQL.
 For front-end we are going to use VB.net language and to store
the data we are going to use MySQL.
 And to establish the connection between front-end and Back-end
we are going to use XAMPP.
 FUTURE SCOPE:
 The bakery management system has been successfully
developed and implemented to deliver orders to
customers and also it increases the customer satisfaction
as required.

 The developed system may be updated or

modified at any point of time.

 Also the system serves a good purpose, as it is very helpful to all

those who needs to carry the business and run the firm in an
effective, successful and easy way.

 Owing to the widespread necessity of this utility for long time the
above mentioned system has been implemented.

 OBJECTIVE:
 A bakery management system ensures that the perishable
items in stock are used first,and the customers are served with
the freshest products,there by leading to better shelf-life
management.

 Besides,maintaining consistency is also one of the key things to

takecare of.
 ADVANTAGES:
1) Ease to form a bakery business.

2) Availability of more capital by pooling together of thefinancial

resources of two or more persons.

3) Partners are likely to have a variety of talents and thereforethey are

versatile in business operations.
RESULTS:
CONCLUSION:
 The present is manual processes are time consuming and prone to
error.
 Manual entries cause errors while registering the data.
 The computerized system arranges all sequentially which ensures
quick retrival of required entries whenever necessary.
 It is less time consuming and more accurate.
 This is our sincere efforts to make this software standup to both
customer as well as owner.
