Sir;

A pleasant day sir, since this message was only in a form of a

letter, I've done my best to minimize my words. The "rubella disease"
or what we famously call "tigdas hangin" is currently on it's way to
trend-away the healthy lives of many children and even adults here in
some particular parts and districts here in Zambales . As we face and
approach this kind of abomination towards us, was we reached to
ourselves and concluded on the fact that we are in the need of
support of the government sects. Specifically, we need modern
equipment, medicines and vaccines, and health facilities to house
and provide the needs of our not only rubella patients, but many
more sorts of patients. Please consider this letter as a solicit for aid
and assistance for us to better mitigate the rate of casualties and
suffer from the said disease. Thank you.
