At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to:

1. identify the basic components of a sandwich;
2. value the importance of each component of sandwich; and
3. prepare a sandwich showing the basic components of sandwich

“Class, before we proceed to the next lesson
we will have a dance exercise, now everybody
stands and copy the dance exercise from the
video.”

dance exercise?

“Class today we will tackle the basic components
of a sandwich”

Examples: White bread, pandesal, wheat bread
etc.

Examples: mayonnaise, butter, and jam

Examples: meat, poultry, fish, eggs, cheese,
vegetables.
