Anirban Ganguly is currently a Professor and Vice Dean (Research), with the Jindal Global

Business School (JGBS) at O. P. Jindal Global University, Haryana, India. He is also the
Director, Center for Asia Pacific Business Research & Innovation at JGBS. He holds BSc and
MBA degrees from the University of Calcutta, and also MS and PhD from Stevens Institute
of Technology, USA. His research interest includes technology and innovation management,
operations and supply chain management, and knowledge management and sharing. His
research has been published in International Journal of Production Economics, International
Journal of Operations and Production Management, Journal of Knowledge Management,
Industrial Management & Data Systems, The Engineering Economist, International Journal
of Knowledge Management, Engineering Management Journal, IEEE Aerospace &
Electronics Systems Journal and International Journal of Innovation Management, among
others.

Chitresh Kumar is a graduate in urban planning from School of Planning and Architecture,
New Delhi and PhD in Production, Operations Management and Decision Sciences from
XLRI, Jamshedpur. He is currently serving as an Associate Professor with the Jindal Global
Business School (JGBS) at O. P. Jindal Global University, Haryana, India. He has experience
in project management, operations management, transportation system design and
implementation in the area of rail based transit systems and city based mobility. His PhD
thesis developed an optimization model to understand public policy cost on supply chains and
product prices. His areas of interested are urban freight, city logistics, public policy, supply
chain management and urban mobility, among others.

Lincoln C Wood is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Business and
Management, University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand. He holds a BCom (Hons)
(Operations Management), a BSc (Chemistry and Statistics), MCom (Operations and Supply
Chain Management), and a PhD (Operations and Supply Chain Management) from the
University of Auckland. His research interest includes sustainable and consumer-focused
outcomes through supply chain practices, with a particular focus on applications in the
construction sector, and Logistics relationships, dynamics, and the use of technology with a
focus on 3PLs and logistics service providers. His research has been published in
Transportation Research Part B: Methodological, The Journal of Cleaner Production,
International Journal of Operations & Production Management, and International Journal of
Project Management, among others.
