PROCEDURE 1973 FOR GRANT OF BAIL

MOST RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED AS UNDER:

1. The present application under section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure
1973 is being filed for seeking grant of bail in FIR No. 63 registered at
Police Station Garhshanker, District Hoshiarpur. The Applicant is now in
judicial/police custody.
2. That the Applicant is innocent and is being falsely implicated in the above
said case.
3. That the Applicant is a law abiding citizen of India.
4. The facts stated in the FIR are fabricated, concocted and without any basis.
5. The Applicant did not impute any kind of injury, as only injuries which have
been attributed by the complainant side is on the Baljeet Singh with Khanda.
6. The Applicant had surrendered himself before the court on 02/09/2019.
7. The Applicant’s common intention is yet to be seen, apart from the other
sections the accused is booked, under Section 302 of IPC.
8. That the Applicant is not required in any kind of investigation nor any kind
of custodial interrogation is required.
9. That the applicant is a permanent resident and there are no chances of his
absconding from the course of justice.
10.That the applicant undertakes to present himself before the police/court as
and when directed.

PRAYER:

In view of the above stated facts and circumstances it is most respectfully prayed
that this Honorable Court may be pleased to

a. Grant bail to the Applicant in connection with FIR No. 63 registered under
section 302,341,148,149 IPC, at Police Station Garhshanker, District Hoshiarpur.

b. Pass any other such order as this Honorable Court may deem fit and proper in
the interest of justice.
