ORG LOOKING FOR PAID ANALYST

CYBER HERO is a professionally managed and funded organisation that focuses on developing young talents.

To speed up and enhance player progression, we are looking to hire an analyst.

If you have a lot of experience reviewing and analysing demos, as well as participating in high ESEA leagues and
tournaments, you might be a great fit.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Responsibilities

Watch some of the player's demos outside of the lessons and prepare them. Then, show the relevant points of the demo
to the players and tell them what they need to improve (or what they did well).

Watch a single player (live-stream via our Discord) during a match and give them a quick review afterwards.

Prepare players for the next season of ESEA and guide them through the various leagues.

Individual player demo reviewing + reviewing the team's tactics as a whole

What we will NOT ask of you

Give players advise on how to improve their mechanics or communications, managing the roster and making player
decisions. This is fully taken care of by the coach.

Give players on advise on how to improve their mental fortitude and attitude. This is fully taken care of by the sports
therapist.

This will give you all the freedom to focus on your role: handling the tactical side of things.

Prior experience reviewing demos and participating in leagues/tournaments

ABOUT CYBER HERO

The organisation functions more like a school or university, rather than a traditional team.

All students attend lessons from Monday to Saturday, 18:00 - 20:00 CET, in which they strive to improve their
mechanics, teamwork, communications and understanding of the game.

Players are still very young, around 14 years on average, and have varying skill levels, ranging from Faceit Level 5 to
Level 10+, with limited tournament experience.

You, the analyst, will work with our highest calibre of players while cooperating with the organisation's long-time
manager/coach and sports therapist.

Players goals within the organisation will vary. Whereas one team might focus on making it to the major, one or two
players could also potentially focus on making it to FPL or to tryout for one of the top academy teams (NaVi Junior,
etc. etc.).

Player Ages: 11, 13 (4.000 hours each)

Level 10+

Young but extremely talented players.

Short term goal: Reach 3000 Elo as a team and simultaneously compete in the next season of ESEA Open (all fees
covered by the org).

Long term goal: The organisation is funded by people passionate about esports and believes in its players. We want to
compete in the major in the coming years.

Short term goal: Reach Faceit Level 10 together while developing true potential. Compete in the next season of ESEA
Open after reaching Level 10 and having solid tactics.

Open after reaching Level 10 and having solid tactics.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Cyber Hero Y is looking for just players wanting to commit to a long term project.

Apply if you can play many games, are super willing to learn and truly want to develop as an esports professional.

This is not for casual players. This is for tryhards.
