MEMO: Homeroom Closure As A Preemptive Measure

Dear Parent(s) & Guardian(s) of Stellar Academy Students,

A) Homeroom Closure for Year 7B

We regret to inform you that one of our students from Year 7B has tested positive for
Covid-19 this evening，14.04.22. The student was present in school today.

In light of the Government’s movement to the endemic phase of the pandemic, these are
the steps that will be taken:

1) Closure for Year 7B Homeroom. All Year 7B students are to stay at home and
attend online lessons for five days, starting tomorrow, Friday 15.04.22 till Tuesday
19.04.22. Year 7B students may return to school on Wednesday 20.04.22. All Y7B
students returning to school on Wednesday 20.04.22 are required to self-test and
fill in the health declaration form before returning.

2) All teachers will be doing a self-test tonight.

3) Students from other classes that were present at school today (14.04.22) are
encouraged to do a self-test as a precautionary measure. Self-test results do not
need to be submitted.

Kindly be reminded to keep your child(ren) at home if they are exhibiting any symptoms
or are unwell. The well-being of all our Stellarians, families, teachers and staff remains a
priority for us and we encourage everyone to stay safe.

A) 7B班暂停实体课

我们很遗憾地通知您，本校 7B 班级的一名学生今晚（22 年 4 月 14 日）的冠病自我检测呈阳

性。学生今天有出席实体课。鉴于政府已进入新冠肺炎的地方性流行阶段，本校将采取以下
防疫步骤：
1. 关闭 7B 班的实体课。从明天 2022 年 4 月 15 日（星期五）至 2022 年 4 月 19 日（星期
二），所有 7B 年级的学生都将留在家里参与线上课程。 7B 年级学生可以在 2022 年 4
月 20 日（星期三）返回学校。
学生们必须在返校前进行冠病自我检测并呈交结果于以下链接：

2. 今晚所有老师都将进行冠病自我检测。
