It's basically a set of practices, techniques and methods


to manage the forest and its natural resources. It is
regulated by a specific legal framework that organizes
local communities’ participation. Community forestry is
making local communities or indigenous peoples
responsible for managing the forest and its resources
(non-timber forest products, animal biodiversity,
