1. Who is eligible to learn Pega? AND what is the education
Background required to learn Pega?

 Students with any degree of any education background like

B.Tech OR M.Tech (Any Branch of Study), MCA, MSC (Any Steam)
are eligible to learn Pega.

 B.Tech, M.Tech MCA, MSC Fresher’s are eligible to learn.

 B.Tech, M.Tech MCA, MSC, any Degree with a gap from 1 year or
more Or who is working in other fields like constructions side,
Mechanical core jobs, call centre or BPO, any part time jobs, can
learn and apply for Jobs.

 Anyone who is working in IT companies in different departments

like HR, Development on other technologies, Admin,
Networking, and Support projects etc… Anyone can learn and
switch to be a PEGA Developer.

 MBA, B Formc, M Formc after education with a gap of 2 years or

more or Working on Operations side etc...

2. What are the technical pre-requisites to start learning Pega?

 Anyone from Any technical back ground can easily learn Pega.
 This tool does not deal with any coding, so any one with no
programming knowledge also can learn PEGA.
 I will teach the required basics to understand the tool in the
perspective that a dumb resource also can understand and learn
PEGA and get JOB for sure.

3. Do we need JAVA Programming for PEGA?

  Not at all Needed, I will be teaching the concepts of Class and
Inheritance at the start of classes.

4. What are the Job Opportunities in Today’s Market?

 Pega has good scope in today market for application

development.
 There are ample opportunities available in INDIA, USA, UK,
GERMANY, CANADA, AUS, SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA and SAUDI.
 We do have good on-site opportunities on PEGA.

5. How long the tool will be there in Market? Is it going to expire

after very few years? Because tools will get expire in market
very soon…

 If you learn and PEGA and get into JOB today. For next 15 years,
you need not to look back. Because PEGA is yet to reach many
clients on the globe, so far it has covered only 3% of clients in
different sectors. Still a Lot to capture. So it would sustain for

6. Should I have to be a certified in Pega to be eligible to apply for

a job position?

 Yes one has to be certified to apply for PEGA JOBS.

7. What are the certifications Available in Peg? What certification

we have to do as a Pega developer?

If you are applying for JOB in INDIA

 Irrespective of your experience, you must have CSSA
Certification.

8. With this course, what are the certifications I can clear?

 This course will cover CSA, CSSA and little more than
that.
 At 1.5 months completion, one can appear for CSA and
clear it.
 At 2.5 months of Completed, one can appear for CSSA
and clear it.

9. What is the Duration Of Course?

 The duration of course is 3 months.

10.Why the Duration Of Course, is such long for nearly 3 months,
when other trainers or institutes providing the same for 45 days
or one month?

 Here, with Harsha, you will be learning from basics to Advanced

Level.
 Each topic you will be learning in Depth, theory, technical,
functional and Practical.
 Daily interview question, topic wise.

11.What is the Duration of Class, Daily?

 The duration of class will be every day ONE HOUR, Monday to

Friday (IST).
 This one hour is completely trainer’s time, where students is
NOT going to work parallel.
 After the class is completed, immediately or after some time, in
the same day, before next class start, one must complete their
practical.

12.How do I, get my practice done after the class?

 We provide you theory PLUS practical documents with screen

shots of written explanation. Which helps you to complete your
practical for sure.

13.How do I get help or assistance while practicing? Anyone will

be available to help me, if I stuck during the practice?

 We will be creating a Whatsapp Group, with all students who

join the training program. This will be there forever lifelong.
  We are very transparent that we are giving you an opportunity
to communicate with other students via Whatsapp Group. So
make use of this in a good manner.

 As we have students from different countries in the group, you

will get any assistance or help 24/7.

 As, trainer I will also be available in the group.

 While practical’s if you stuck anywhere, you can post the

queries, doubts or screen shots in the group. Your co-students
will help you and/or your trainer will help you.

14.Can I get help for resume preparation?

 Yes, when we complete 2.5 months training, we can start

resume preparation, Trainer will be helping you on that.

 Student and trainer, coordinating each other to finalise the
resume preparation.

15.What if I miss any class due to some emergency?

 If you miss any class due to emergency you will be still provided
with theory plus practical documents. Your class will get
compensated with other batches, given you inform about your
absence to the trainer.
 As a student, you should have dedication to not miss the classes.
Over all duration, you may miss 2 or 3 classes, which will not
effect anything.

16. What If I was not able to continue my course, if, I drop off in
the middle of training?

 Given, you inform us about your discontinuity, you will be

allowed to attend any upcoming batches (before next 6 months),
from the same topic where you have been dropped off.
17.Are we going to build any project from scratch?

 Yes, we are going to work on TWO projects. Starting from Day-1

itself, we will start and work on projects. Every topic will be
included into project with Best implementation.

18. Are you going to provide any soft copy of the material?

 Yes, Theory, Practical documents, Interview question and

answers will be provided.

19.What kind of support I get, after the training completes?

 Any time during or after the training, we will be available to you

over phone or Whatsapp. Always Happy to help our students, till
you get JOB or even after you get job.

20.As a student what should be my expectation while learning

Pega?
