By making this choice, you are still satisfying your desire for something sweet after dinner, but you're
doing it in a way that doesn't make you feel sick or harm your body. This is an example of finding an
alternative behavior that satisfies the same positive intention (enjoying a sweet treat), but without the
problematic by-products (feeling sick or harming your health).
