Chapter I

Brief History
The five District Election Committees of the municipalities of Capas, Bamban,
Concepcion, and La Paz, all in the province of Tarlac and Zaragoza, Nueva Ecija, worked
together to incorporate Tarelco II in May 1981. On June 6, 1981, the Articles of Incorporation
were formally adopted, and on June 9, 1981, they were formally adopted. They were then
registered with the National Electrification Administration. The Compania Luz Electrica, Inc.'s
physical assets, worth P7.6 million, were purchased by the Interim Board of Directors on June
22, 1981, with help from the National Electrification Administration (NEA). These assets later
formed part of the P33.6 million initial Construction Loan provided by the NEA.The five
coverage municipalities were partly energized by Compania Luz with 10,626 consumers, 54
barangays lighted and 66 employees taken over by the cooperative.

Chapter II
Documentation & Narration

1ST WEEK (February 6 – 10)

First week; I started my internship at Tarelco II on February 6, 2023. (Monday). On my


first day, we have orientation in a conference room, and Ms. Alma Lising, who works in the HR
department, is the day's speaker. On the Second day, we were immediately given what we had to
do on our on the job training, which was to stamp PAID on the files as proof that it was done,
and on the third day, I just continued with my tasks that were not completed on the first day, and
on the fouth day, I checked one by one their Check Voucher Number if it is arranged by year and
the next day, I input the finish files in Folders arranged by year, month, day.
2nd WEEK (February 13 – 17)

Second week ; in the second week I just continued the other unfinished files of the Daily
Cash Position Report (DCPR) and Miss Jen the Head Cashiering also taught the other things that
can be done and also taught the Official Receipt of the Electricity Consumers and the pink
colored Official Receipt and the yellow colored Official Receipt must be separated because the
yellow colored Official Receipt will be given to Teller 1 so that he has a copy of the OR and
arrange it by month, day .I do this on the whole second week .this week we feel comfortable on
our workplace we want to work in a safe workplace, wanted to complete tasks, and being shown
leadership and good attitudes. Though not every workplace has the perfect employees with positive
attitudes.
3RD WEEK (February 20-24)

In the third week, I looked at the missing daily cash position reports and put them in the
ones place that can be seen and the Check Voucher No. should be in order. and the next day I
continue to prepare the Official Receipt for the month of February, on the other day we already
filing that keeping documents in a safe place and being able to find them easily and quickly. and
stumping of documents,
4th WEEK (February 27 – March 3)

In the fourth week I separated the Daily Cash Position Reports of the different district
that Tarelco II handle Concepcion, Capas, Bamban, La Paz, Zaragosa and put them in white
folders the next day I listed the names of the Consumers in Office Record book based on their
own place.I conduct 1 month in my on the job training at tarelco II I already learn on how to
communicate and to boosts my skills when in come in communication ,I’m comfortable in my
workplace which is to help me to have and give an experience for my future ,feeling safe and
happy.
