Dear Hon. Edilberto B. Catala,

One of our organization's missions, the Association of Competent Computer

Engineering Students (ACCESs) of Tanauan City College (TCC), is to teach our
youth generation the fundamental engineering technological knowledge. The
learnings students will get from this program will prepare them for future Computer
Engineering Programs or other related engineering degree.

In line with this, we are asking your permission to allow us to conduct a Community
Service Project in your barangay, with chosen residents as beneficiaries. For your
barangay, we will be mentoring about Basic Logic Programming with C++. Our
goal is to provide them with more information on how to interpret common
information in Basic Programming , as well as to assist them in improving their
knowledge in Logic and Analysis.

PROJECT TITLE: TRES: The Reinvention of Engineer’s Supremacy (Engineering Days 2021)

This Community Service Project will have follow-up activities and online support to
ensure that the chosen recipients are regularly communicated with and continue to
get assistance from our Computer Engineering Department.

Recognizing the potential hazards involved with the conduct of our project, the
mentorship will be conducted by a ratio of one (1) TCC Computer Engineering
student per five (5) barangay participants at a time. With careful adherence to the
'new normal guidelines' (i.e. social distancing, face mask wearing, and hand
washing/application of alcohol to hands and surfaces).
