MS. CARLEEN LANA F. BAUTISTA

Manager
BOG-PMT 2

Dear Ms. Bautista:

I acknowledge receipt of your letter dated November 13, 2018 and I write this letter as and by
way of an answer thereto.

I take full responsibility of my actions, my being tardy on some occasions, inadvertent as they
may be. Said failures to clock in time were on account of the worsening traffic conditions.
Though I have factored it in my travel time, circumstances, of which I have no control, still
resulted to unintentional tardiness.

I recognize that I was remiss in my responsibility to come in time and for which I offer my
sincerest apologies coupled with a vow not to incur the same mistakes. I was, still am and
always will be a competent, hard-working, and passionate employee, one who gives value to
her work.

Your kind and objective consideration is highly appreciated.

Respectfully yours,

ANGELICA T. POGOY
Administrative Aide
Operations and Surveillance Division
