Time management is very important for every business and if there is proper time management
we can manage anything easily and smoothly. Know a days in our company there is much issue
of time management every single person is coming at his own time and leaving the office by
their own timing. You should take a step on that as you are very responsible on your other things
of business you also have to do something for the time so that every employee come on time in
office and leave on time. As you are very good in managing all the thing I hope you can also
manage this problem but I have a solution for this problem that if we install time clocker in our
office so that we will get to know how much people are coming on time and or not. It will
maintain punctuality in the employees. If they don’t reach at the given time then we can detect
their salary and make our company more profitable.
