Discussion

It would be difficult to look at the challenges surrounding people with obesity and

what they are going through and how that isconnected to so many disease that are realted to all

humans, for us to have an effective prevention methods, we need to develop an effective startegy

to stop that. In addition to that, one of it aim is to bring to light or pinpoint some of the actual

causes of overweight among many Americans and African women and also the global

population. As part of it goal is to look for a small means that will aid the stop the rate of adult

weight increase. Looking at the rate of heart disease, stroke is common among many obese

people today. When a person is obese, he or she can develop high blood pressure, abnormal

cholesterol levels, that can give the risk to the rise to heart disease and stroke.

Implications

With reference to our study, it has five aspect and those aspect are based on the impact of

the ideas, many scientist have or understand about the concnept of obesity, what is associate with

it, the obesity marker, the effect that affect obesity, it appetite regulation and it genesis in the

womb, public health and also maternal health and how traits become adult traits. Looking at the

body mass which is over 25kg/m2 and those people with obese are BML is over 30kg/m2

With that, the aspect of the apitite control that is the ability to look for food and also to have

food when it is available.

Limitations

Our study moves in a limited number of size, and that was brought out by the survey

gotten which was not too high it was low. With that, there was a shortage of time to do all te

necessary to complete the survey based on the participation of the students. Looking at the

challenges of reaching out to student using various means is very hard to do due to the rise in

cost of the internet and other challenges which limit the access to the survey. Not withstanding,

forus to better understand some of the effects that obesity may have on certain person's health

status. As part of that, the survey is completed by 80 perticipants and those are people who are

over weight.

Future Research

For us to better get the idea on how to stop the effect of obesity issues, it is very

Important to do some of the things that will giver a gude on what to do and that can happen

based on follow up research on the topic or research. With that, when there is a further study

whixh will give more details on the same subject will serve as a help to future students. There

should be an intervention and that should involve community involvement in promoting a

healthy eating habit and other there should be a well structure that will help in so many settings

like school, resturiants, and some early childhood. That can help to maintain a good eating habits

and having an exercise and also working to reduce the rate of sugar comcumption will be also a

benefit to others also.

Conclusion
Looking at our world, you will know that many of the overweight is among middle aged,

adults and that would be linked to some of the highest risk of chronic disease. For us to fight this

issue, there is a need for an effective health promotion for all ages which will help to give more

information about the risk factor.
