“#ExnessChallenge” Social Media Campaign Terms and Conditions

Exness, through its group entities namely, Exness (SC) Ltd, a company registered in
Seychelles with registration number 8423606-1, Exness (VG) Ltd, a company
registered in the British Virgin Islands with registration number 2032226 and Exness
B.V. a company registered in Curaçao with registration number 148698 promotes and
organizes the “#ExnessChallenge” on Exness’ social media (the “Campaign” or
the "Program") for a selected group of followers of the Exness social media (as
defined in paragraph 3.2 below) residing in Indonesia. For the avoidance of doubt, the
relevant Exness counterparty depends on your geographical location.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as the details of the Program
including participation, eligibility and reward conditions etc. are contained herein.

By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and
Conditions as well as the Client Agreement and General Business Terms and
Conditions (applicable for the social media challenge) and any other documentation
available on https://www.exness-trade.direct/id/. In case of any inconsistency between
the other documentation available on https://www.exness-trade.direct/id/ and these
Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall dominate solely with respect to
this Campaign.

Terms and Conditions of the Campaign:

1. The Campaign will run from September 4, 2022 (00:00 GMT +7) until
September 18 2022 (23:59 GMT +7) (the “Campaign Period” or “Program
Period”), through Exness’ official Facebook account found below and is offered
to a selected group of followers of Exness’ social media accounts (as defined in
paragraph 3.2 below) that reside in Indonesia (hereinafter the “Participant(s)”)
and meet the criteria of the present Terms and Conditions.

2. Reward: Exness will give away Rewards to qualified Participants, based on

certain criteria as further described in paragraphs 3 and 4 below.

3. General conditions/eligibility criteria for Participants to participate in this

Program (the “General Conditions”):

3.1. Participants must follow Exness’ social media accounts, as those are
found on the table provided in clause 3.2 below and must comment on the
 relevant post for the present #ExnessChallenge in accordance with
Clause 3.2 below.

3.2. Without prejudice to the rest of the provisions of the present Terms and
Conditions, Participants should, during the Campaign Period, indicate their
forecasts for the price of a precious metal CFD, namely GOLD
(XAUUSD), which will be valid on September 30th, 2022 (20:59 GMT+0).
The Participants must indicate their forecasted price by leaving a
comment with detailed analysis that led them to their decision. Their
comment should also include a screenshot of the Exness Terminal chart
(mobile or desktop version) showing the technical indicators used in
their analysis..

For the avoidance of doubt, Participants shall find and comment on the
relevant post on Exness’ social media profile, which is found below:

3.3. No new Personal Area registration is required for the purpose of this
Campaign for existing Exness clients.

3.4. Only one (1) prediction per Participant will be considered. In case that one
(1) Participant has more than one (1) prediction, only their first prediction
will be considered.

4. Reward (hereinafter “Specific Conditions”):

4.1. Without prejudice to the rest of the provisions of the present Terms and
Conditions, the top ten (10) Participants whose forecast on GOLD
(XAUUSD) price in accordance with paragraph 3.2. of the present Terms
and Conditions is closest to the market price of GOLD (XAUUSD) on
September 30th, 2022 (20.59 GMT+0), as indicated on the Exness
trading platform, will receive the below Reward:

- $200 (two hundred United States dollars) cash reward for each of
the top ten (10) winners (hereinafter the “Reward”). The Reward
can be withdrawn by the Participants from their trading account or
the Participants can also use the Reward for trading with Exness.
 4.2. For the avoidance of any doubt, for the purposes of granting the Reward
to the top ten (10) winners, in accordance with clause 4.1 above, Exness
reserves the right to request any Participant who is amongst the top ten
(10) winners to register an account with Exness, if such Participant has
not already registered an account with Exness for crediting his/her
Reward.

5. Exness Group employees and immediate family members of Exness Group

employees are not eligible to enter this Program. Immediate family means any of
the following: wife or husband or equivalent, child or step-child (whether natural
or by adoption), niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st
cousin.

6. The Receiver(s) of the Reward shall remain contactable at all times and able to
reply by sending a direct message on the official Exness Indonesia Facebook
page within seven (7) calendar days of the announcement. If no response is
received within seven (7) calendar days (including weekends and public
holidays) from the date of the announcement and/or from the first attempt to
contact the Participant, the Reward may be canceled. No extension or
replacement will be entertained. The Reward amount will be credited into the
Participant’s preferred real trading account in the participating Personal Area
within twenty-one (21) working days from the date of the announcement and may
be used for trading or immediately withdrawn by the Receiver.

7. Exness has the right at its sole discretion at any time, and without notice, to
substitute any Reward with another prize of similar value and/or specification.
Reward is given out on an “as is” basis, and is not transferable, exchangeable or
redeemable for anything else. All warranties and representations in connection
with the Reward are expressly excluded to the extent not prohibited by law.

8. The Participant may request to opt out of this Program at any time by contacting
Exness’ social media, through direct message.

9. The following are reasons for disqualification from the Program:

a. Violation of any laws and/or applicable regulations and/or the current Terms
and Conditions or any other terms and conditions of Exness including without
limitation the Client Agreement, Partnership Agreement and the Bonus Terms
& Conditions and any other applicable document found on Exness website;
 b. Incomplete or incorrect or fraudulent details of a Participant during the
registration process for this Campaign;
c. Participant does not fulfill the General and/or Specific Conditions for
participation in this Campaign;
d. The Participant acts in bad faith and/or abusively, and/or fraudulently, and/or
in a manner not in line with the Campaign;
e. More than one (1) Participants submitting the same residential address
and/or email, and/or PA;
f. The Participant is an Exness Group employee or its immediate relative;
g. Collusion among Participants;
h. Participant use of software to alter or hide his/her actual IP address;
i. Single Participant using several IP addresses to participate in Campaign or
several participants using the same IP address.

10. Exness processes personal information in order to conduct the Program and
may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties including, but not
limited to, suppliers, travel agents, event organizers, and relevant regulatory
authorities, upon request. Participation is conditional on providing this
information. Exness may, unless otherwise advised, use and publish the
information for promotional, marketing, including but not limited to email or
telephone communication in the provided correspondence with the participants or
the Reward receiver, whichever is the case. Participants should direct any
request to access, update or correct information upon Exness’ request. Exness
has the right to use clients’ photographs and names for the purpose of
announcing the Reward receiver and other forms of publicity. For the avoidance
of doubt, each Participant hereby expressly consents and grants permission to
Exness to use his/her name and likeness for a list of all Participants and/or the
announcement of the Reward receiver and/or any other marketing
communications, without remuneration and for reasons related to the Program.

11. Exness reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend, suspend, cancel,
terminate the Program, or the Reward and these Terms and Conditions at any
time without bearing any responsibility or liability in this regard.

12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Exness (including its
officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for
any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity);
whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this
 Program, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any
technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Exness’
control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any
entry or Reward claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether
or not after their receipt by Exness) due to any reason beyond the reasonable
control of Exness; (d) any variation in Reward value to that stated in these Terms
and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by the Reward receiver or
Participant; or (f) use of a Reward including attendance at events (if applicable)
included as part of the Reward.

13. These Terms and Conditions are made in English and any other language
translation is provided as a convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency
or discrepancy between the English text and its translation in any other language,
the English text shall prevail. Exness reserves the rights of the final decision on
the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
