We, Emas Anggerek Enterprise hereby jointly and severally undertake and covenant with you
that in consideration of your granting insurance cover back dated from 16/07/2018 under the
policies stated herein in respect of the above project:

1. Notwithstanding the issuance of the said insurance policies we shall not hold you liable for
accident happening and/or claim incurred during the period from 16/07/2018 to Current Date.

2. We will at all times hereafter keep you and your assigns and successors in-title indemnified
against all actions, proceedings, liability, claims, damages, costs and expenses in relation to or
arising out of our granting insurance cover for the period from 16/07/2018 to Current Date.

3. You may enforce this undertaking against us at any time jointly or severally and you
may for that purpose treat us as if we were liable to you as principal debtors.

4. The reason of the delay was due to principal and us which both parties have oversight of the
requirement to presence of insurance before project commencement.
