NAME: Esteves, Mark Raymond S.
WEIGHT: 60kgs
OBJECTIVE: I want to enhance my physique. Other than that, I want to develop my
strength and endurance, flexibility, and coordination to train all of my major muscle
groups in order to stimulate muscular growth efficiently and effectively. I want to do this
full-body workout 2-4 days a week since I don't have enough time, and considering my
location, I don't have easy access to the gym. This workout program will also be part of
my learning process to practice these exercises' proper forms and techniques. So that
when I already have enough time to go to the gym, I will be more confident when
carrying those weights.
