I. Statement of the Problem

A. Minor Problems

In this study we are Talking about the Minor problem. There


are minor which is encounter in leader and states in the study
and the same time it is common problem which encounter in
terms handling/doing a leadership. This are some of the
common leadership problems.

 Lack of knowledge about the company policies and


regulation.

 Not able to follow specific rules and regulation.

 Insufficient knowledge on specific skills.

 lack of communication skills.

C. Central Problem

> how to set goal to your teammate?

Rationale: setting goals to yourself and to your team mate


aims to provide effective, productive and organize team work.

II. Alternative Courses of Action (ACAs)

A. ACA No. 1 (set a open forum)

 Advantage

 To express what are there suggestion to a business.

 To give what are they likes and dislikes of an


organization so that we can easily adjust.

 can push to an employee or member to love there


jobs and the places because they can express
what they want.

 Disadvantages

 They might be a conflict of each suggestion


because of one person wants this. At the same
time the other one no.

 It might be causes to fight.

 They can’t be miss understanding.

B. ACA No. 2

(organize you’re teammate based on their skills)

 Advantage

 The member can be long last because they work is


fit to there skills.

 The can love there works.

 They can do there work easily.

 Disadvantages

 They can’t be possible lack of worker because


some of them is same on there skill.

 They can be possible adjustment.

 It will lead to more hassle and consume time.

C. ACA No. 3 (Evaluate each performance or work)

 Advantage

 You can know what are the possible work if they are
changes or same.

 You can know what are there strength and


weakness.

 Yo can know if they do there works or not.

 Disadvantages

 Nothing change to there performance.

 If ever there will be terminate and at the time


no changes.

 If there will be a happen to each work they


will push you to make another plan to run the
business.

III. Conclusion

therefore i conclude that as a leader it is the task for us


to know on each of everyone’s plans and suggestion so that we
can make a run to a company and at the same time you’re
employee or member can love there job and love what they
surround them. As a team leader we need to know what are the
dislike and likes to a member so that there will be no
conflict and miss understanding to each member

IV. Recommendations

To our co-students,To faculty members and To the readers


This study serves as a refresher course about RULES OF
ENGAGEMENT which have give you more knowledge about the rule
or the steps on how to make a good leadership and also there
are three’s ACA’s that you need to know about what are there
advantage and disadvantage at the same time it is helpful for
us. First ACA’s is organize you’re teammates on what there
skills by doing this it can help to make you’re teammates
love there work and at the same time it give you more
knowledge on what are they do even dough it have a
disadvantage but it’s not affect to make a leader. The
next ACA’s is Evaluate each performance or work by evaluating
them there is a big chance that you can able to know what are
there skills or done in-terms of work there is a disadvantage
doing it but it cannot also affect to be a good
manager/leader. And by this study it can help you to be a good
manager/ leader to a particular things.
