Applicant: I graduated from the university on August 17, 1945, Semarang, majoring in management. I
applied for this teller field because I already have the basic knowledge that I got in college. I think this
job suits me.

Manager: Where did you get this job info?

Applicant: I know this job vacancy from my friend, who is also a front liner in this company. I saw the

job description and company culture really caught my attention and interest.

Manager: Why did you apply for this position?

Applicant: I prefer a fast paced work environment dominated by young people. I am also happy with the

banker field. That's why I'm interested to work in this bank

Manager: What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Applicant: One of my strengths is my time management. I am able to prioritize my tasks and complete
them according to the deadline even when the workload is heavier. One of my weaknesses is that I lose
my focus easily. Recently, I have always tried pomodoro technique and it works quite well in helping me
to stay focus.
