Topic of Debate:
Topic 1(Team 1 and Team 2): Face to Face classes
Topic 2(Team 3 and Team 4): Build Build Build Program
Topic 3(Team 5 and Team 6): Ebook
Topic 4(Team 7 and Team 8): Food Importation

Introduction:
There would be composed of two groups in each topic. It has 5 to 6 people participating in the
debate.
One group would be proposition side called the Affirmative (A) and the opposition side called
the Negative(N). 
A round of team policy debate consists of 12 speeches. 
The first 2 speeches (1 member per team) are called Constructive Speech (Cs), because the
teams are perceived as laying out their most important arguments during the start of the debate. 
The next 8 speeches (4 member per team) are called Rebuttals (R), because the teams are
expected to extend and apply arguments that have already been made, rather than make new
arguments. 
The last 2 speeches (1 member per team) are called Concluding Speech (Cc), wherein both
teams would all lay down their arguments because the teams are perceived as laying out all their
most important arguments during these speeches. 

Instruction:
1. All members should have their researches based on their side of the topic.
2. They should gather that research and talk how would they divide each part for those who
would do Constructive speech, Rebuttals, and Concluding Speech.
3. Data gathering, it would be their time to prepare their speech or counter rebuttals of their
side. They would be given 1 min preparation after each member of both team rebuttal.
For concluding speech, they would be given 2 min preparation.

Constructive Speech
This is the part they would lay down there stand and most likely their introduction of their
stand of their topic with sources.
Rebuttals
This part, they would defend their first speaker statement and offer substantive counter
arguments to the opposing team statement.
How? What are the techniques?

1. Listen carefully to the opposing side in their speech or statement.

2. Consider what main meaning of their statement.

3. Prepare a counter argument to it using your research sources.  Always refute their
statement using your research sources and stood up to your side topic

4. Aim to show the other side’s case to be flawed in the key areas using your research
sources.

Tip: Listen carefully with each statement and find flaw to counter argue it. (Pakinggan mabuti

Concluding Speech
This is the part they would lay all down their statements or their stand of their topic with
sources.
