LETTER OF RETRENCHMENT DUE TO FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES

Dear FAZRI BIN JIMBO (IC No.: 870302-49-5889),

Over the last several months, SC ENTERPRISE has experienced financial difficulties due to the
current pandemic situation which directly impacted the company’s financial performance.
Therefore, organizational and structural change in management has taken place.

After careful consideration, the new management has made an irreversible decision to eliminate
approximately one (1) position of its employee in order to keep the company’s financial
performance back on track.

With deepest regret, the new management has decided to retrench your position with two-week
(2-week) notice effective from today (23/01/2021). You may use the remainder of your time with
the company to have all your work in order by your last day of employment. You shall return all
the company’s possessions which are assigned to you on your last day of employment, otherwise
the company has the right to withhold your payroll. Your last day of employment will be on
03/02/2021.

Following is the retrenchment benefit the company is offering to you:-

1. Full Salary for January 2021 – RM 1,200
2. 3-Day Salary for February 2021 – RM 138.50
3. Commission – To be advised (TBA)
