CLEMENTINE MIMOSAS
Celebrate the start of a New Year with my Clementine
Mimosas. These are also a festive option for Christmas
morning brunch as well.

INGREDIENTS
5 lb bag of clementines
1-2 bottles champagne
10 whole cloves
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Squeeze the clementines into a large 4-cup Pyrex pitcher. Add cloves to flavor the juice.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
2. Before serving, strain the juice to remove the cloves. Discard cloves. Fill glasses half way
and top with champagne. Garnish with a clementine wheel.
