What interests me to apply to work for Alberta Energy Regulator is the work they do,
organizational structure and transparency the company must ensure that development
protects public safety and the environment. I would like to be part of commitment to
regulate all aspects of the energy resource development in the province.

I have a little over a year working under the Alberta Energy Regulator (ERO) as Front Desk
Security/Concierge I have gained more knowledge about the company as well as the oil and
gas industry. I would like to continue to further my career into the oil and gas industry,
accept new challenges and continue providing customer service to everyone who comes to
visit or work at the Edmonton Regional Office. I believe that this would be a great step for
me as an entry level into the company. I have become familiar with AER policies &
regulations, every staff that works at the ERO, contractors and visitors from other AER
locations. I also have the experience of providing site tours, providing necessary contacts
and security access cards to new staff on their first day if the onboarding manager whenever
needed.

In addition to my customer service experience, I have worked in other industries to provide

great customer care, industries such as Healthcare, hospitality, and security. I am confident
