FIRST QUARTER [SY: 2022-2023]

PLATFORM PURPOSE
1. School DepEd Email For official communication with other schools for
304112@deped.gov.ph SF10 process and with other agencies for
304112@r10.deped.gov.ph information and instructions from Regional and
Central Offices.
2. Teachers’ DepEd Email For Communication related to official functions
Teachers’ 365 Account such as informational promotions from Central
Office, related submissions, opening of drives and
links.

For Virtual Meetings in the school, district,

division and other levels as needed.
3. Official Facebook Page School’s official page for CarmenCares Program
which was aired live especially during the
pandemic and other Social Media engagements to
reach-out to the parents, learners, and other
stakeholders.

This is also to showcase the students’ involvement

and advocacies related to Teen Center and other
activities in local or the national level.
4. Exclusive Facebook Page
This group is exclusive for Carmen NHS Teaching
and Non-teaching personnel for announcements
and other work-related activities.

5. Carmen NHS – Daily Time

This is the official attendance platform of Carmen
NHS especially during the pandemic.

6. Chat Group
This is the official chat group of Carmen NHS for
the purpose of communication, coordination,
clarification and other informational and at times
rejoinder of reactions between and among non-
teaching personnel, teachers and administrators.

7. Microsoft Teams and Mainly used for special, regular, and emergency
Google Meet meetings especially during the pandemic.
8. Google Drive and Google Forms For depository of important documents. It is used
also to collect information, submission of
documents and other media and for collaboration.

9. Cellphones For communication in the form of call and text and
documentation.
10 Messenger Each class is maintaining FB messenger [class chat
. group] to be updated between and among teachers
and students and another account with the parents
for easy follow-ups and updates.
