Khadijah Mohsin 7G1
Khadijah has had a wonderful start to her journey in Jumeirah College. She has been most enthusiastic, eager and
engaged in all that is on offer in Jumeirah College. Khadijah has an integral role in organizing the Diwali
celebrations earlier this year in the college. She was predominantly involved in the organization and construction
of the dress for the Green Fashion show in Term 2. She also made bracelets for the support staff in appreciation
for their hard work and dedication in serving our community. Khadijah embodies the JC values of positivity,
kindness and integrity. We are so proud to have Khadijah in our Year group. Well done, keep up the great work!

Namisha Batheja 10M2

Namisha continues to thrive academically as well as upholding many leadership responsibilities. I have been
particularly impressed with her efforts in organising the ‘JC TedX talks event’. She has shown herself to be a
model student and the younger year groups as well as her teachers see her in high regard. Well done Namisha on
such an outstanding year.

Noura Herzallah 11F2

Kind, selfless, determined and hardworking, Noura has stood out this month as a student who has gone above

nothing but praise for Noura as she consistently puts in 100% into everything that she does, and does so with
politeness and a smile. Noura is an exemplary student who should be proud of her achievements so far – well
done Noura!

Last month students from Year 8, 7 and 6 (from JPS) took part in the most
popular Mathematics event on the JC Calendar, the UKMT Mathematics
Challenge. Pupils must solve complex numerical problems within a time
limit, to accumulate as many points as possible. After a long wait, the
results have been made available and we proudly share our impressive
results table:

I’d like to congratulate all who took part, and make special mention of the
best achievers in each year group:
Year 6: Jahaan Ramchandani

Students filmed their Trinity Drama

Exams. Students have gone above
and beyond, dedicating their own
time during lunch to work on their
material. It has been Ms. Pegna
pleasure to direct and support
them through the process, and we
have no doubt that there will be a
sprinkling of distinctions coming
their way. Watch this space...
