8 Week Test Phase Service Agreement

This agreement will outline the expectations from this service and what you can
expect from the team at Growflow Media.

What is the ‘6 Week Test Phase’?

This is a service where Growflow Media will test, optimise, manage and scale your
paid traffic (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for a period of 8 weeks.

This 8 week test phase is an initial paid ‘trial period’ to assess if we are a good fit.
You will have an initial experience with the team at Growflow Media and get to
know how they operate.

This Service Includes:

● Full Facebook Ads Funnel Creation

● Creation, Design & Optimisation of Ads
● Setup, Testing, Optimization & Scaling of Campaigns
● Audience Management & Research
● Facebook (and it’s network’s) re-targeting
● Monthly Performance Reporting

This Service Does Not Include:

● Conversion Rate Optimization

● PCC Ads (Google, YouTube & Bing)
● Paid Traffic on Snapchat, LinkedIn & Other Platforms
● Ad comment monitoring

What’s The Timeline For This Service?

After you’ve signed the contract and provided the necessary assets, we will have
our strategy session. After this strategy session - Your first ads will be live within 10
days.

How Does Payment Work For This Service?

The first 8 weeks of paid traffic services (a.k.a ‘8 Week Test Phase’) are paid
monthly spread out over a 60 day period.
Once the 8 week test phase is complete, your service will continue monthly and
can be canceled anytime with a 30-day notice. Your service subscription
continues on the last day of it.

The work that Growflow Media does on behalf of our clients is a non-tangible
piece of intellectual property. Once the work has started, we can never get that
back and you can never return it to us. It’s yours forever. It’s for this reason that we
do not offer refunds once work has begun. The service officially starts on the day
of your strategy session.

By signing this document below, you hereby ratify your understanding of these
terms, that all service sales are non-refundable, and waive any rights to
charge-back your purchase with your credit card processor.
