NOTICE OF DATA PRIVACY

Thank you for applying with Honda Philippines, Inc. (“HPI”). We give very high regard to complying with Philippine laws and
regulations and strive to retain our 100% compliance thereto. With the passing and implementation of Republic Act No. 10173
(“The Data Privacy Act of 2012” or “DPA), HPI is more committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring that you continue
to trust us especially with your personal and/or sensitive personal information which may be collected through electronically,
verbally or in writing with our authorized representatives, as applicable. In particular, we are using your personal and/or sensitive
personal information in order to smoothly process your application with us. We shall use this in complying especially with our
legal mandate with the Philippines laws and to protect your health and life had your application been push through. This may,
with prior notice, use in programs and activities to comply with government regulation, laws and requirements, and to perform
such other processing that may be required in the course of business. This shall be retained with HPI until the future, had your
application been confirmed. Otherwise, this shall not be subject to any retention. You attest that such personal and/or sensitive
personal is accurate, complete and up-to-date.

By signing our forms, you are consenting to the collection, processing, use and retention of your personal data based on the
Privacy Policy of HPI. As a general rule, we are not allowed to share your data to third party, except in limited circumstances. By
giving your consent, you authorize HPI to disclose your personal data to accredited/affiliated or independent/non-affiliated third
parties, as necessary for the proper execution of processes related to the declared purpose, and when the use or disclosure is
reasonably necessary, required or authorized by or under the law. However, such third parties may only use personal data for the
purpose disclosed and may not use it for any other purpose.

HPI strictly enforces its Privacy Policy and have implemented technological, organizational, and physical security measures to
protect your information. HPI stores electric and physical document in both local and off-shore facilities. As a data subject, you
have the right to be informed, to object, to access, to rectify, or correct erroneous data, to secure data portability, and to be
indemnified for damages. Our decisions to provide access, consider requests for correction or erasure, and address objection to
process personal data as it appears in our official records, are always subject to applicable and relevant laws and/or the DPA, its
