Last week, Mrs.

Tiara, a science teacher, asked the students of XI MIA 6 to

do science project in the school. It must be done by two persons. The theme of
the science project was free. So, every partner could discuss together to choose
what science project that would be done. She gave time around one week for
students’ preparation. After listening Mrs. Tiara’s explaination, Eka directly asked
her friend, Nanda, to be her partner. Then, Nanda agreed it. They chose the
project which showed that hot air always rises.

The following day, they went to buy some equipments for their project
like a ballon and a bottle in a store. They also tried to do the experiment for
several times in Eka’s house in order that they could do it perfectly in the school.
They really wanted to get a good mark in the science class so they prepared it
well. Finally, the day came. Many students of XI MIA 6 who brought many kinds of
equipment to do the science project like a bucket, a paper, a ruler, and so on.
Mrs. Tiara called the students’ name one by one to show the science project.
Then, it was Eka and Nanda’s turn to do it. Before they started it, they prepared
the equipments. They were a balloon, a bottle and a bucket full of hot water. After
that, they did the experiment chronologically. First, they blew up the balloon.
Next, they put the balloon to cover the top of the bottle. Finally, they put the
bottle in the bucket that was full of hot water. As a result, the air in the bottle got
hotter and rose into the balloon.

Wow, it was perfect. Mrs. Tiara and their friends gave applause to them. It
was to be unforgettable moment for the students of XI MIA 6, especially for Eka
and Nanda because they could know many kinds of science project which so
amazing.
