11-43212 (HOME INVASION) On 9/6/2011 deputies from Superior Twp responded to the 9000 block of Ascot Dr for a home invasion. The caller discovered an unknown male inside of their home at about 8:45AM. The victim scared the suspect from the home; and, the suspect fled the area on foot. Multiple Sheriff Units responded to the area searching for the suspect. No arrests have been made at the time of this posting. No property was reported stolen. 11-43215 (BURGLARY) Deputies from Ypsilanti Twp were called to the 5900 block of Meadowview Dr to investigate a burglary to a construction trailer. Police were called on 9/6/2011; investigators are attempting to determine when the incident occurred. No property was reported stolen. No suspect information was available. The incident remains under investigation.

11-43257 (LARCENY FROM MOTOR VEHICLE) Deputies assigned to Ypsilanti Twp investigated the theft of a catalytic converter taken from a parked motor vehicle in the 2800 block of Bynan Dr. Police were contacted on 9/6/2011; the time of the incident is unknown. No suspect information was known. The incident remains under investigation.

11-43284 (ARMED ROBBERY) Deputies in Ypsilanti Twp responded to the call of an armed robbery in the parking lot near 1001 Emerick Dr on 9/6/2011, at about 4:00PM. The victim had been shopping at the Family Dollar store prior to being approached and robbed. After leaving the store, the victim was approached by an adult male holding a handgun; the suspect then demanded money from the victim. The suspect took the victims wallet and fled the area in a vehicle. The suspects vehicle was recovered a short time later by the Canton Police Department. The victim was not injured. No arrests have been made at the time of this report. The incident remains under investigation. Suspect Description: Black male bald Wearing: sunglasses, black/gray windbreaker Physical: 59 160lbs

11-43349 (ATTEMPTED ARMED ROBBERY) On 9/6/2011, at about 11:30PM, deputies in Superior Twp responded to the 8000 block of Barrington Dr to investigate the attempted robbery of a citizen at their home. The victim told police they were at their home when two males approached them at their door. One of the males showed a handgun, causing the victim to yell. After the victim yelled for help, the suspects fled the area on foot. The victim was unable to provide detailed descriptions of the suspects. No arrests have been made at the time of this report. No property was stolen; the victim was not injured. The incident remains under investigation.

11-43186 (WARRANT ARREST) On 9/6/2011, at about 1:00AM, deputies arrested a wanted subject in the area of Hamilton St and Pearl St, City of Ypsilanti. Deputies made contacted with the wanted subject during a traffic stop. During the encounter the subject was identified and taken into custody without incident. 11-43198 (WARRANT ARREST) On 9/6/2011, at approximately 4:30AM, deputies from Ypsilanti Twp arrested a wanted subject in the 400 block of Villa Dr. Deputies were in the area conducting an unrelated investigation when arrestee was identified and taken into custody without issue.
