Design a logo to be used across business stationery, presentations, merchandise and website.

To become known or spoken about as ‘Navigate’

What do we do? Our service:

We provide professional consultancy services to occupiers (tenants) of commercial premises (office,
industrial) across Australia.
Our services save our clients a lot of money as they move out of their premises, managing their end
of lease make good obligations.
In providing our services, we research all lease information, the premises, property market, the
client and landlord, and ‘navigate’ the best outcome for each situation.

Colours:
We prefer, more muted, pastel, considered colours. So far, we quite like the following colours (but
happy to look at any suggestions):

• Green with white and charcoal grey.

We would like to avoid the bold versions of the following colours. This is because the global real
estate firms and our competitors use them:

• Blue
• Bright green
• Red
• Yellow

Look and feel:

Professional, creative, diplomatic, carefully considered. Not overly masculine.

A subtle nod to Navigation within the logo or treatment of the lettering could work well, but please
avoid obvious images associated with Navigation, such as compasses or references to maps.

• Navigate – short version
b) Social Media Logo - Square version of logo for social media use / LinkedIn
c) Business card – something different about it that people notice

• Letter head + standard page with footer
• Report document (front cover, contents page, headings, borders, insert graphic pages,
back cover)

• Presentation template for all common layouts
f) MS Outlook
• Email footer (Tel/ email/ website/ LI link / logo or image)
g) LinkedIn
• profile image (wide landscape of logo or image)

Timing

The project duration is 10 days, and we are keen to proceed quickly with the winning designer to a
final logo. Our company will be trading from 1 May 2023, and we will want to print our business
cards and materials as soon as possible.
