Boundaries….
According to the syara’ corruption is haram and it belongs to

from discrimination and avoiding • Translation: “O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and
corruption. female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one
another. Indeed, the most noble of you in sight of Allah is the most
righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted.”
Meritocratic
Environment
Meritocracy …
Meritocracy is a principle used in sociology which means that professional upgrades are
based on their performance or merits (Kim & Choi: 2017)

There is no room for favoritism or even a slight form of discrimination. Educational

certificates, skills or talents will help an individual land a job

A meritocratic environment will encourage individuals to work harder and they will be
compensated accordingly

Providing such platform for the workforce will yield such positive outcomes – in sha Allah.

Verstehen
Walk in my shoes …
Verstehen semantically means ‘understanding’ and it’s in the
form of a noun. However, Max Weber, a sociologist used the
term to mean one’s effort in studying a particular group of
people but also to gain empathic understanding. In layman’s
term, to ‘walk in the shoes of somebody’, understanding
objectively without bias other’s thought process, experiences
and challenges (Gann, 2017).
