Access in Order Amend allows resending of fax

Check is SOST that the fax was transmitted

To check that an order confirmation has been processed in SAP , then access the acknowledgement via Order Enquiry - :

Select ZBU0 and click Further Data gives
Can see successful processing or otherwise ; also note ‘manually changed’ flag ( or generated really ) which indicates that the
confirmation was manually requested , rather than system generated.
Access in Order Amend allows resending of fax

By doing this from order amend , get additional buttons next to Further Data , allowing Resend

CSC can resend using output type ZBU0.  Do not use ZBUA

Fax investigation using SOST

Fax can fail because the line may be busy when Sap tried to send the fax.  Sap tries to fax 10 times and then errors out as below.
