    To resend a fax confirmation from an order, enter the order number in VA02 without opening the order amendment. From the menu bar, select "Sales Document" then "Issue Output To", choose message type ZBUO, and click "Print" which displays a screen to click "Send Fax" to immediately resend the confirmation.

    Resending Fax Confirmations

    From VA02 enter the order number but do not go into order amendment

    Use menu bar options :

    ‘Sales Document’ , and then


    ‘Issue Output To’

    This gives the following screen


    Select ZBUO message type and and click the Print button. This will give access to
    the following screen :

    Click the ‘Send Fax’ button and the conformation will be sent immediately
