 We choose the number 9 principle “Curriculum development is more


effective when it follows a systematic process. A curriculum design is
composed of desired outcomes, subject matter content complemented
with references, set of procedures, needed materials and resources
and evaluation procedure which can be placed in matrix.

As of now as that we are still in process of learning in making lesson plan and
observing how to become an effective teacher, we can’t suggest any ideas on
how to improve designing lesson plan. But lesson plan with specific topic,
objectives, references, materials, strategies on delivering lesson and
assessment could help teachers to be an effective in teaching.
