DEED OF ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

age, Filipino, married to __________, residing at 1987 Singson Subdivision, Guadalupe, Cebu City,
hereinafter called the Assignor,

Kayce Lane Lastimoso, of legal age, Filipino, married to _______, a resident of 2179 VH Garces Street
NR Lastimoso Building Laray, San Roque, Talisay City, Cebu, hereinafter called the Assignee, witnesseth:

That in the consideration of Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php 70,000.00) paid by the Assignee to the
Assignor, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Assignor hereby assigns to the Assignee all and
singular the hereditaments and premises described in and leased by the herein attached contract of
lease (registered in the notarial registry of notary public ______ for and in _______. as Doc. No.
_______; Page No. ______; Book No. _____ Series of 20____; for the residue of the term of ____ (____)
years thereby created. To have and to hold of the same to the Assignee for the residue now unexpired
of the term of ___________(___) years therein mentioned, subject to the payment of the rent and
performance of the Lessee’s covenant’s conditions and stipulations in the attached contact of lease
reserved and contained. And the Assignee hereby covenants with the Assignor to keep him, his
executors and administrators, indemnified against the said rents, covenants, conditions, and stipulations
and all actions, proceedings, claims and expenses in respect thereof.
