    STEPHANIE: -doing something to reduce our stress
    LUCIANNE :-keep in contact with friends
    SHANNON: -and always be nice so other will be nice to you

    MATT : -Ignore all negative comments because we are all pretty,perfect,gwapo,pogi in different ways.
    KYRO: -never let negative comments get in you
    ZAMEL :-always think positive, theres no bad thinga about us
