CHAPTER II

Company Description

This chapter presents the Company Mission Statement, Company Philosophy and Vision,

Goals, Target market and Legal Structure.

Company Mission Statement

“Wrap and roll adds up sparkle to everyday life with a high-quality Lumpia that exceeds

the customer desire. The entrepreneurs serve the customers with healthy and budget friendly

lumpia and hopes to create a comfortable and relaxing environment for the customer.”

Company Philosophy and Vision

“Our vision for the wrap and roll corporation is to become the leading provider of high-

quality and delicious Ngohyong in the local market. We aim to offer our customers a unique and

healthy snacking experience that they will enjoy and keep coming back for.”

“Our Ngohyong will be made with fresh and locally sourced vegetables, ensuring that

they are healthy and nutritious. We will use only the finest ingredients and strive for consistency

in taste and quality. Our business will focus on sustainability, by using eco-friendly packaging

and reducing our carbon footprint. We will work towards building a loyal customer base. Our

goal is to bring our delicious Ngohyong to a wider audience. We believe that our vision for the

wrap and roll corporation will not only provide a unique and healthy snacking option but will

also contribute to the local economy and community.”

The objectives that our company, Wrap and Roll, has set are as follows:

 To establish a good image of a healthy food business

 To have a profitable and strong relationship with the customers

 Aiming for growth and opportunities

 To ensure a student friendly and fair prices

 To ensure a nutrient-rich products for costumers

 To contribute and serve the community.

Target Market
Legal Structure

Type Of Business: Sole Proprietorship 

 DTI (Department of Trade Industry): The entrepreneur must register with DTI to ensure

legal rights of our business name in Accordance to repbulic act 3883. It also provides legal

identity to our business. 

 BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue): To conduct business bin the Philippines, The

entrepreneur must first register with BIR. Customers are likely to view it as a more reliable

enterprise. However this enterprise is exempted to tax as per 1987 constitution of the

Philippines, Article XIV Section 4 (3) 


 FDA ( Food and Drug Administration): An enterprise a product to confirm that it can be

used for human consumption. In order for our product to reach our costumers with safety

and equality 

CHAPTER III 

Product and Services 

This chapter presents the Company`s product, The problem the product solves, Unique

features that give us a competitive advantage, and How we will price the product. 

Company`s Product 

The company's product that we will sell is Lumpiang Vegetables. It is called Ngohyong

(pronounced ngo-yong) is steam, battered rice paper with lettuce, carrots, crab stick, shrimp,

green beans and cucumber. 

Lumpiang Vegetables can also help the body because of its health and the benefits of the

ingredients of the product. Lettuce is an excellent source of beta carotene (vitamin A) which is

needed for healthy skin, bones, and eyes. Carrots are full of benefits - they may promote healthy

vision, balance your blood sugar, help with weight management, lower your risk of cancer,

regulate blood pressure, reduce heart disease, improve immunity, and boost brain health. Crab

stick - provide some vital vitamins, being very rich in vitamin B12 and vitamin B6. Shrimp -

lean source of protein. Green beans are a good source of protein and fiber, which helps lower

cholesterol. Cucumber is a nutritious fruit with a high water content. And may help lower blood

sugar, prevent constipation, and support weight loss. Lumpia is one of the most favorite of

Filipinos.  
The Problem the product solves 

The entrepreneurs would promote awareness of the problem which is the nutrition. It is a

societal problem that every person should focus on because our health is the most important

thing we need to take care of. Everyone needs to be aware of what food they are eating if it

satisfies our cravings and if it’s helpful to our physical body. It is intended for those who want to

become physically fit, better, and more productive. In order for clients to be healthy and

powerful, Ngohyong emphasizes nutrition. Ngohyong is a dish that not only fulfills appetites but

is also healthy because of the numerous nutrients that includes from the fillings which are the

vegetables. 

Unique features that give us a competitive advantage 

Entrepreneur that will sell the same product with ours but with meat. Since people prefer

meat than vegetable. In this case the competitors of our company will have an advantage when it

comes to the ingredients used in the product. These feature will attract customer and overshadow

our company`s product 

How we will price the product 

In pricing our product I think the first thing that I need to know is the production cost. Our

product is made from organic materials which are the vegetables. This organic and raw material

that we use is not just a fad that will digest easily, it can help our body system to boost.

Moreover, there are a lot of factors that I think it is suited when we price our products in just

budget friendly. One of this is the quality of our product. Since we are here in the Philippines, a

lot of people, particularly the younger one they do not like to eat raw vegetables. And so we
think an alternative product that is highly recommended to them. However, it is not a raw

vegetable yet still it has been made from raw vegetables. With that the youth will not identify

that the food that they eat is a vegetable, since it is fried already. Therefore, if I am going to price

the product that we have, I think it will just go in budget friendly or affordable since we used a

cheaper material yet have a high quality outcome.
