SUB: TIER OF ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES OF WORKERS AND PRE-SHUTDOWN CHECKS

Shutdown of Utmania Gas Plant for Hydro jetting and cleaning is scheduled to be
started as on 20th to 25th November 2022.

Prior to commence the task, Pre-shutdown inspection and checks of Machines,

Tools and Equipment should be carried out and the third party’s certificate
validation should also be ensured for skilled workers, Machines, Tools and
Equipment.

To comply with the Sabic SHEM Standards and to manage health, safety and
environmental issues during the shutdown period, a clear tier of roles and
responsibilities must be defined and implemented among supervisors and workers.
The attached job description of roles and responsibilities and pre-shutdown
checklist is required to be fulfilled and resubmit to the undersigned.
