Conflict Identification

Jaja's tale reminded her of how worried and tired she had become while attending

law school. Her parents' desire was to attend law school, therefore she studied there. She

had been disappointed and filled with unending sorrow for other people's life due to the

inconsistent nature of the legal system, which included several murder and rape cases

that occasionally involved children. With so many civil liberties being trampled and the

pressure of law school, she seeks for activities that would lighten her load and focus her

concentration on the positive aspects of life and the belief that everyone is good at heart.

As for why some people choose not to volunteer, it could be because they believe

they lack the skills necessary to assist others and do not have confidence in their own

abilities. They are unwilling to truly provide their assistance to others since they feel that it

will not be of much use to them. They are ashamed to take part within those kinds of

events and worry that they might make a mistake while volunteering, which is another

contributing reason.

Individuals who choose not to contribute could do so for an extensive number of

reasons, such as a lack of confidence in their own abilities and a perception that they

don't have the skills required to help others. They are reluctant to fully offer their support

to others because they are worried that it's going to be of little use to them. They also fear

making an inadvertent mistake since they are embarrassed to participate in these

activities.

Plan of Action

Jaja spent her time teaching young people and having fun with them as a volunteer

because she did so since it made her happy. She is distracted from her studies at her

school and enjoys witnessing the happiness of the kids and other people she is assisting

through her volunteer work. She has confidence in herself and knows that she can

improve her circumstances and change the community. She thus took part in a variety of

volunteer programs, feeding programs, and charities.

Those who are uncomfortable with volunteering should merely begin helping others

in simple ways. Once you do, it will inspire you to perform more good actions and try to

help more people, and it will expand until you realize the joy of engaging in volunteer

work. You will then recognize the joy it can provide to numerous people and the

gratification that it returns to you.

People who are reluctant to volunteer might start by making small contributions to

others' lives. You'll also be able to see how much delight and joy it might provide to

others. You are motivated to come back and do better and make a more significant

contribution.

Reflection

Volunteering is not a requirement. You have the option to participate or not. We all

possess the ability to see the potential of the world. We all have the potential to be the

one who starts changing the world for the better. We can also become leaders. We can

influence other individuals in doing excellent things. Help can be given to those in need if

they ask for it, and by doing so, we additionally perform our souls a favor. That's neither a

hard assignment nor is it an easy job. Take advantage of every chance to lend a hand, no

matter how tiny, because doing so will have a bigger impact.

Service is not a mandatory activity. You are more than welcome to take part, though

you're unable to. Namely, to acknowledge our capacity for comprehension of how the

world functions.

We all have a part of ourselves which desires to improve the world. We have the

capacity to lead. We have the power to inspire people to act morally. People poor and

needy receive the help they seek, and we gain from nourishing our spirits as well. It is

neither hard nor easy for me to help when I get the chance. No matter how small this

same benefit is to you, seize it right away.
