GROUP 1 SCRIPT (BSBA – HRDB 1B)

TITTLE: Business Interview

MOOD: At the end of the interview, the mood will be successful.

SETTING: Office (Classroom)

1st Scenario:

Applicant: Scrolling in social media…. Until she saw a website about job hiring and she immediately send
her resume.

(After the resume sent, the HR received the email. And then, the HR review the application of the
sender)

The next day; The applicant received an email from the company that tells she passed the application
form, and the HR will call her for an interview for the following day)

(Tomorrow)

The day of interview; The applicant woke up early to prepare for the interview, and arrived in the office
on time.

Applicant: Hi, Good Afternoon! May I ask where is the office of Ms. Jobel?

Receptionist : Hi, Good Afternoon ma’am! May I ask why are you looking for her, for Ms. Jobel?

Applicant: Please tell her that I’m Ms. Alvarez, and I’m here for a job interview, because I passed the
application process.

Receptionist: Okay ma’am, please wait for a moment. I will call her now.

(Calling…)

(Answered)

Receptionist: Okay ma’am, you may proceed to the office at the second floor.

Applicant: Okay, Thank you!

A few minutes later:

(During interview)

Applicant: (knocks the door)

HR: Yes? Please come in.

(The applicant come in)

Applicant: Good morning, Ma’am.


HR: Good Morning, So tell me about yourself, what is your strength and weaknesses? What motivates
you?

Applicant: (Answer all the Questions)

HR: You’re hired.

HR: For the consideration I will clarify that if you want to ask a day off, you can, as long as it is for an
important reason.

Applicant: Okay, ma’am. Thank you so much!

(Shake hands)
